It is such a small world! On our way to Jacksonville, FL to visit my cousin Dick & his wife Juanita, we spent the night in Lake City, FL. The RV next to us had NY license plates. We got talking to the couple and it turned out he worked for Niagara Mohawk utility company. He was part of the Niagara Mohawk group that was sent to Watertown to help the city after the 1998 ice storm. What are the chances?! Another small world experience we had was at the Stockyards when we were staying in Hurst, TX. We were waiting for the big horns to come down the middle of the street when we got talking to 2 couples waiting as well. One couple was from Long Island, NY. Not such a small world incident until we determined that the husband's father (Mr. Miller) was my Science teacher at Manhasset High School!
