Canada

Roy and I drove up to Canada (not in the RV) to visit my Aunt Marcella who is a retired Sister of Holy Cross.  She lives in an amazing Nursing Home about 3 hours North of the Canadian border.  She is one of the neatest people you could ever meet.  Even at 96 she still has a wonderful sence of humor.  Roy, Marcella and I had lunch together in what they call the Town Square which is a lovely sunny, indoor area in the Nursing Home that has green-stripped awnings over little storefronts where you can do a little shopping.  Too cute!   Later we went  outside for while to sit under the shade of a huge tree near a lovely patio area.  If I ever have to go into a Nursing Home, this is the place where I would want to go.  Everyone was so nice and cheerful and caring!  We were able to visit with Marcella for about 3 hours before she got tired.  It was great to see her.  She has been such a huge influence on me for much of my life.  I pray she stays happy!
My 96 year old Aunt Marcella.

One of my most favorite people in the world.

Roy & I took Marcella for a "ride" outside.
